Customer Service Standard

Customer Service Standard training is one of the most relevant for companies and requires creative solutions. It is a demanding subject in terms of simulations, practical exercises, and gamification. We are delighted that the National Paying Agency has chosen to present this topic in an interactive e-learning format.

To make the course truly useful, we included many examples from everyday life, recreating a realistic working environment. After presenting the theory, we created practical exercises - interview simulations with decision-making questions consisting of 3-7 steps. We used more than 250 specially designed illustrations, including as many as 30 different characters. An expert accompanies the learner throughout the course and provides useful advice and feedback. All this is to ensure that the learner is fully immersed and absorbs the learning material as effectively as possible.
