Some processes can be as much as 95% waste and only 5% added value! Sounds drastic, right?

Yet, even in modern organisations, there are many redundant activities and procedures that complicate work and lengthen the path towards the result. That's why we celebrate companies that strive to maximise operational efficiency.

“Šiaulių bankas” is one of them. They approached Spark Lab to create e-training on operational and process efficiency.

The course starts with day-to-day processes and issues and continues with interactive exercises and useful information. This encourages the learner to complete the tasks, correct shortcomings, and, at the same time, learn to optimise processes themselves. The first learners even rated the training 4.85 out of 5!

We combined the knowledge of “Šiaulių Bankas” with our technical solutions and turned theory into:

- 3 questions with feedback,

- 2 illustrated comparisons.

- In total, we used over 120 illustrations.
